Returns Policy and Instructions

Thank you for shoping with Simpson Brothers.

1 Returns: It's OK to change your mind.

My purchase was fine, but I've changed my mind.

You have 30 days to make a return for a full refund (excluding shipping costs. See (4) below) or exchange. This can be for any reason, but the goods you are returning must be in their original packaging and suitable for resale.


2 Faulty or defective goods

There is something wrong with what I bought

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at

with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will fully examine them and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.


3 To return goods to us

First, please contact us to tell us you are returning your purchase.

Shipping for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we advise you to use a signed-for service.


3.1 What to include in your returns parcel

  • The item you want to return
  • -->    Except where the goods are faulty they must be in resaleable condition with all original undamaged packaging
  • A copy of your original invoice
  • Any contact information we may need to get in touch with you.


4 Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
