The Nocpix Rovex is a lightweight, intuitive thermal camera designed specifically for birdwatching and wildlife observation. Its 5-inch open-view touchscreen display provides a comfortable, eyeglass-friendly viewing experience, making it easy to scan while walking and share sightings with others.

Combining a 384 × 288 thermal sensor, 25mK NETD sensitivity and a fast 15mm F0.8 aperture lens, the Rovex produces clean, detailed thermal images even in low light, dense vegetation and challenging weather. Its 17.5° wide field of view, smooth 50Hz frame rate and detection range of up to 400 metres make it ideal for quickly searching woodland, reed beds and other areas of heavy cover.

Advanced imaging technology includes R+ Super-Resolution, smart image denoising and target highlighting for clearer detail and easier identification. AI Smart Tracking analyses the thermal image and highlights likely bird heat signatures, helping you locate concealed wildlife faster and reduce missed sightings.

Choose between Standard, Birding and Rain & Fog modes to optimise the image for changing conditions. Four colour palettes, white-hot, black-hot, red-hot and rainbow, are available, alongside an intuitive 1-4x pinch-to-zoom function.

The Rovex supports wireless app connectivity, allowing real-time streaming, remote control and easy sharing from a mobile device. Photos and videos can be saved directly to its generous 64GB internal storage.

Weighing just 290g without the battery, the Rovex combines a compact metal frame with a comfortable rubberised grip. IP66 weather protection and one-metre drop resistance ensure it is ready for demanding outdoor use. It features both a built-in power source and replaceable 21700 battery compatibility for extended observation sessions.
